{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-223.010","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 223.010","heading":"Definitions for KRS 223.020 to 223.080.","body":"As used in KRS 223.020 to 223.080, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) \"Cabinet\" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services;\n(2) \"Registered environmental health specialist or sanitarian\" means a person trained in\nthe field of environmental he alth who has qualified for registration in accordance\nwith the provisions of this chapter;\n(3) \"Secretary\" means the secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; and\n(4) \"Environmental health activity\" means those program areas administered by the\nstate and local health departments including, but not limited to, food protection,\ncontrol of insect and rodents, radiation, private water supplies, on -site waste, and\nother environmental program areas.
