{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-223.445","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 223.445","heading":"Fees.","body":"The secretary, upon recommendation of the board, shall establish by regulation a system\nof fees, provided that the fees shall not exceed reasonable costs of administering the\ncertification, certificate renewal, testing, inspection, certificate suspension a nd revocation\nactivities  provided for in KRS 223.405 to 223.460.
