{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224.1-070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224.1-070","heading":"Civil liability of persons polluting waters -- State may sue.","body":"Where the injury, death, or destruction of fish or other wildlife results from pollution as\ndefined in KRS 224.1-010 or from any violation of the orders, rules, regulations, or other\ndeterminations of the cabinet, the person responsible therefor shall be l iable to the\nCommonwealth in an amount reasonably necessary to restock or replenish such fish or\nwildlife.
