{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224.1-520","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224.1-520","heading":"Site characterization report -- Corrective action plan.","body":"(1) Once an application has been accepted by the cabinet, the applicant shall submit to\nthe cabinet within the timeframe proposed in the site characterization plan, a site\ncharacterization report and a corrective action plan that meet the requirements of\nKRS 2 24.1-400, 224.1 -405, and 224.1 -510 to 224.1 -532 and any administrative\nregulations promulgated under those statutes. The cabinet may grant reasonable\nextensions to the submittal timeframes specified in the site characterization plan if\nrequested by the applicant.\n(2) The corrective action plan for properties involving hazardous substances over which\nthe Department for Public Health has regulatory authority shall, at the time of\nsubmittal to the cabinet, also be submitted to the commissioner of the Departmen t\nfor Public Health.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=47773","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:39Z","sha256":"8c87983db0a0a9cd546615601eb563c8269a07a26dd6d544e823dc9305b676c2","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-224.1-518","next":"us-ky/krs-224.1-522"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
