There is also established in\nthe Office of the Secret ary an Office of Legal Services, headed by an executive director\nappointed by the secretary with the approval of the Governor in accordance with KRS\n12.050 and 12.210. The executive directors shall be directly responsible to the secretary\nand shall perform the functions, powers, and duties as provided by law and as prescribed\nby the secretary. There is established in the Office of Legal Services a Legal Division I\nand Legal Division II. Each of these divisions shall be headed by a general counsel\nappointed by the secretary with the approval of the Governor in accordance with KRS\n12.050 and 12.210. The general counsels shall be directly responsible to the executive\ndirector of the Office of Legal Services and shall perform the functions, powers, and\nduties as  provided by law and as prescribed by the executive director.
