{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224.10-040","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224.10-040","heading":"Major assistants -- Staff -- Secretary may designate deputy to sign final","body":"orders.\n(1) The secretary shall have any and all necessary power and authority, subject to\nappropriate provisions of the statutes, to create positions, to retain positions in\neffect prior to his or her appointment as secretary, and to employ the necessary\npersonnel in such positions to enable the secretary to perform the functions of the\ncabinet.
