{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224.10-230","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224.10-230","heading":"Time and accounting system -- Documentation of costs submitted to","body":"legislative committee -- Promulgation of regulations.\n(1) The cabinet shall implement a time and accounting system to reasonably and\naccurately document its actual costs.\n(2) The cab inet shall submit documentation of its costs to the Interim Joint\nAppropriations and Revenue Committee prior to the cabinet's submittal of its\nbiennial budget request.\n(3) The cabinet may promulgate regulations amending the fees set forth in KRS 224.20-\n050, 224.46 -012 to 224.46 -018, and 224.70 -120.
