{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224.10-275","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224.10-275","heading":"Conditions of exemption -- Progress reports.","body":"(1) In granting an exemption the cabinet may impose such conditions as this chapter\nmay require. If the hardship complained of consists solely of the need for a\nreasonable delay in which to correct a violation of this chapter or of the cabinet\nregulations, the  cabinet shall condition the grant of such exemption upon the\nposting of sufficient performance bond or other security to assure the correction of\nsuch violation within the time prescribed.\n(2) Any exemption granted pursuant to the provisions of this secti on shall be granted\nfor such period of time, not exceeding one (1) year, as shall be specified by the\ncabinet at the time of the grant of such exemption, and upon the condition that the\nperson who receives such exemption shall make such periodic progress r eports as\nthe cabinet shall specify.
