{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224.46-012","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224.46-012","heading":"Registration fee for generator of hazardous waste.","body":"(1) A generator of hazardous waste required by KRS Chapter 224 to register with the\ncabinet shall be subject to an annual registration fee by the cabinet and the fee shall\nbe equal to the cost of review but shall not exceed the following amounts:\n(a) For one (1) to five (5) waste streams: three hundred dollars ($300);\n(b) For six (6) to ten (10) waste streams: three hundred fifty dollars ($350);\n(c) For eleven (11) to fifteen (15) waste streams: four hundred dollars ($400);\n(d) For sixteen (16) to twenty (20) w aste streams: four hundred fifty dollars\n($450);\n(e) For twenty-one (21) to twenty -five (25) waste streams: five hundred dollars\n($500);\n(f) For twenty -six (26) to thirty (30) waste streams: five hundred fifty dollars\n($550); and\n(g) For thirty-one (31) or more waste streams: six hundred dollars ($600).\n(2) If a generator of hazardous waste submits to the cabinet a registration to modify\nwaste streams, the following fees shall be imposed:\n(a) For one (1) to five (5) waste streams: fifty dollars ($50);\n(b) For six (6) to ten (10) waste streams: one hundred dollars ($100);\n(c) For eleven (11) to fifteen (15) waste streams: one hundred fifty dollars ($150);\n(d) For sixteen (16) to twenty (20) waste streams: two hundred dollars ($200);\n(e) For twenty -one (21) to  twenty-five (25) waste streams: two hundred fifty\ndollars ($250);\n(f) For twenty-six (26) to thirty (30) waste streams: three hundred dollars ($300);\nand\n(g) For thirty-one (31) or more waste streams: three hundred fifty dollars ($350).\n(3) If a generator of hazardous waste submits to the cabinet a registration to modify any\ninformation other than its waste streams, it shall be subject to a fee by the cabinet of\nfifty dollars ($50).\n(4) The cabinet shall not impose a fee if a generator of haz ardous waste modifies a\nregistration by making a name change.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=10434","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:41Z","sha256":"d6db3c90ac45cb80234cd9c0154f552ed46f1fba9a97746a75360627ed4bea03","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-224.450","next":"us-ky/krs-224.46-014"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
