For a release or a threatened release of a hazardous substance, a pollutant or\ncontaminant, or a petroleum or petroleum product, corrective action shall be conducted in\naccordance with KRS 224.1-400 and 224.1-405. The person registered shall certify to the\ncabinet that corrective action has been completed in accordance wi th this section.
