{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224.60-150","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224.60-150","heading":"Funding for administration of underground storage tank program.","body":"(1) The cabinet shall levy and collect annual fees in the amount of thirty dollars ($30)\nper tank from the owners or operators of underground storage tanks containing\nregulated substances for the purpose of funding the administration of the\nunderground storage  tank program. The fees shall be deposited into an interest -\nbearing account in the State Treasury. Money unexpended at the close of a fiscal\nyear shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward to the next fiscal year or biennium\nfor future use.\n(2) The cabi net shall recover actual and necessary expenditures incurred in the\nadministration of the underground storage tank program including expenditures for\ncorrective action.
