{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224.80-160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224.80-160","heading":"Persons to receive copy of environmental covenant.","body":"(1) A copy of the environmental covenant shall be provided to the following persons in\na manner prescribed by the cabinet:\n(a) Each person signing the environmental covenant;\n(b) Each person holding a recorded interest in the real property subject to the\nenvironmental covenant;\n(c) Each person in possession of the real property subject to the environmental\ncovenant;\n(d) Each municipality or other unit of local government in which real property\nsubject to the environmental covenant is located; and\n(e) Any other person that the cabinet requires.\n(2) An environmental covenant shall not be deemed invalid due to a failure to provide a\ncopy of the environmental covenant to a person as required in subsection (1) of this\nsection.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=10541","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:42Z","sha256":"b78ff0a4521e04a73d3d8ae7f5ba16c5e9ee9d70af95e774ca1e590475bda219","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-224.80-150","next":"us-ky/krs-224.80-170"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
