{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224a.090","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224A.090","heading":"Payment of study expenses from revenue bond proceeds.","body":"With the approval and the consent of the authority's governing body, and in cooperation\nand coordination with the State Water Pollution Agency, the executive director of the\nauthority shall cause to be expended out of any funds available for said purposes such\nmoneys as are necessary for the study of any proposed eligible project, to determine as to\nwhether a state grant shall be awarded in connection with any eligible project. All such\nexpenses incurred prior to the issuance of any revenue bonds by the aut hority shall be\ncharged and allocated to the appropriate eligible project, and upon the sale of authority\nrevenue bonds or notes to provide funds for eligible projects, the funds so expended in\nconnection with the study of such individual eligible projects  shall be reimbursed from\nthe proceeds of such bonds or notes.","path":["KRS Chapter 224A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=10564","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:42Z","sha256":"7d6176af7de0714797e9475cc0072ce4d3ddd9a64bdd8bd1a718b8eaf1d6b2fb","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-224a.085","next":"us-ky/krs-224a.100"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
