{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224a.104","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224A.104","heading":"Residential housing infrastructure fund.","body":"(1) There is hereby established in the State Treasury a revolving account to be known\nas the residential housing infrastructure fund. The fund shall consist of moneys\nreceived from state appropriations, gifts, grants, federal funds, and all repayment,\ninterest or other return on the investment of fund dollars.\n(2) The fund shall be administered by the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority.\n(3) Amounts deposited in the fund shall be used for the purpose of making low -interest\nloans to local governments for building,  upgrading, renovation, or expansion of\ninfrastructure owned, maintained, or operated by the local government seeking\nfunding.\n(4) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, fund amounts not expended at the close of a fiscal\nyear shall not lapse but shall be carried forward into the next fiscal year.","path":["KRS Chapter 224A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=56972","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:42Z","sha256":"dfe51758e9d81383e3f56ceae9a8a15e4c414f77ec4717ce2400a93e2f86d635","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-224a.100","next":"us-ky/krs-224a.106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
