{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224a.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224A.110","heading":"Deposit of moneys -- Use of revenues.","body":"(1) All moneys derived by the authority pursuant to assistance agreements other than\nthose assistance agreements funded under KRS 224A.111, 224A.112, and\n224A.1121 shall be received by the authority as constituting authority revenues, and\nshall, in common with other authority revenues, be immediately deposited into such\nfunds or accounts as the authority shall designate.\n(2) Moneys derived by the authority pursuant to assistance agreements funded under\nKRS 224A.111 and all federal and state money or proceeds from the sale of revenue\nbonds of the authority received in support of assistance agreements funded under\nKRS 224A.111 shall be deposited into an account designated as the \"federally\nassisted wastewater revolving fund.\"\n(3) Moneys derived by the authority pu rsuant to assistance agreements funded under\nKRS 224A.112 and all state money or proceeds from the sale of revenue bonds of\nthe authority received in support of KRS 224A.112 shall be deposited into either the\ninfrastructure revolving fund or the broadband deployment fund.\n(4) All authority revenues shall, before being expended for any other purposes of the\nauthority, first be applied to the payment of the principal of and interest on authority\nrevenue bonds in accordance with the resolution authorizing thei r issuance, as, and\nwhen the same become due and payable.","path":["KRS Chapter 224A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=50279","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:42Z","sha256":"5542ffd16feb91be3f156f31f341cedeac2987143f1a7a0e56264088cc791b6c","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-224a.106","next":"us-ky/krs-224a.111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
