{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224a.115","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224A.115","heading":"Legislative findings.","body":"The General Assembly finds and declares that:\n(1) Pursuant to KRS 224A.1118(1)(f)2., the Office of Broadband Development is\nestablished as the single point of contact and liaison between the Commonwealth\nand federal agencies with regard to programs to expand access to broadband in\nKentucky, including the National Telecommunications and Information\nAdministration, which is part of the United States Department of Commerce;\n(2) Under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Pub. L.
