{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-224a.160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 224A.160","heading":"Authority's bonds payable from revenue only.","body":"Revenue bonds or notes issued by the authority under the provisions of this chapter shall\nnot be deemed to constitute a debt of the Commonwealth or of any political subdivision\nthereof, or a pledge of the faith and credit of the Commonwealth or of any poli tical\nsubdivision thereof; but such bonds shall be payable as to principal and interest solely\nfrom authority revenues provided therefor under the provisions of this chapter.
