{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-227.260","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 227.260","heading":"Records of fire inspections, investigations and losses.","body":"From the reports made to him by insurers, employees, or appointees, the state fire marshal\nshall keep a record of all fire inspections, investigations and fire losses occurring in this\nstate and of facts concerning them. He shall make such compilations, in vestigations and\nstatistical summaries as he deems proper, all of which shall be kept as permanent records\nin his office.
