{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-227.332","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 227.332","heading":"Notice of hearings.","body":"(1) The state fire marshal shall give written notice of a hearing as required by KRS\nChapter 13B. In addition to all parties to the hearing, the state fire marshal shall\ngive this notice to all persons whose pecuniary interests, to the state fire marshal's\nknowledge or belief, are to be directly and immediately affected by the hearing.\n(2) If any hearing is to be held for consideration of administrative regulations of the\ncommissioner, or of other matters which, under subsection (1) of this section, would\notherwise require separate notice to more than thirty (30) persons, in lieu of other\nnotice the commissioner may give notice of the hearing by publication pursuant to\nKRS Chapter 424; but the commissioner shall mail the notice to all persons who\nhad requested the same in writing in advance and have paid to the commissioner the\nreasonable amount fixed by him or her to cover the cost thereof.\n(3) All notices, other than notices provided for in subsection (2) of this section, shall be\ngiven as provided in KRS Chapter 13B.","path":["KRS Chapter 227"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=10650","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:44Z","sha256":"d3d52ca44a6a93d954187f66b1dbd4571fc5444640932486a028d83e88b25c4e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-227.331","next":"us-ky/krs-227.333"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
