{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-227a.050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 227A.050","heading":"Fees -- Revolving fund.","body":"(1) All fees and other moneys received by the department under the provisions of KRS\n227A.010 to 227A.140 shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a\nrevolving fund for use by the department in administering the provisions of KRS\n227A.010 to 227A.140.\n(2) No part of this revolving fund shall revert to the general funds of the\nCommonwealth.\n(3) An authorized local licensing program under KRS 227A.010 to 227A.140 shall\nnegotiate with the department the amount of the fees to be retained by the\nauthorized local licensing program.\n(4) Funds for the initial administration of KRS 227A.010 to 227A.140, following June\n24, 2003, and to the extent fee income is insufficient to meet actual costs as\ndetermined by the chief budget officer for the department, s hall be borrowed from\nsurplus trust and agency accounts of the department and repaid without interest over\nno more than the succeeding two (2) fiscal years.","path":["KRS Chapter 227A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=10722","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:44Z","sha256":"36d98853957067f0b38b63521940159c783157420504b9b2006b614f93ed21a3","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-227a.040","next":"us-ky/krs-227a.060"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
