{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-227a.090","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 227A.090","heading":"Examinations.","body":"(1) The  department shall select and approve an examination to be used in\ndetermining the competency of persons to be licensed under KRS  227A.010 to\n227A.140. Examinations selected and approved for each level of licensing shall\nbe nationally recognized examinations which have been determined through\nproper  validation techniques to  measure  successfully an  individual's\ncompetency to perform the licensed practice.\n(2) The department shall offer the examinations on a regularly scheduled basis in\nlocalities around the state.
