Show dates shall be approved as determined\nthrough the promulgation of an administrative regulation.\n(2) Any person applying for a promoter license shall file with the commission a bond in\nthe sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), to be approved as to form and the\nsufficiency of the sureties by the commission, conditioned for the payment of:\n(a) Taxes;\n(b) Fines;\n(c) Fees imposed by the commission;\n(d) Purses and money owed to contestants; and\n(e) Money owed to judges, physicians, referees, timekeepers, or other contracted\nevent service providers.\n(3) If the promoter's bond expires or is cancelled, the commission shall immediately\nterminate that promoter's license.","path":["KRS Chapter 229"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46086","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:45Z","sha256":"78f08c93cd5994daeb58bd9f5564cf1ae1743f0dcce007ce9c9822074647096d","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-229.031","next":"us-ky/krs-229.040"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
