{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-230.290","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 230.290","heading":"Provisions applicable to all licenses.","body":"All licenses granted under this chapter:\n(1) Shall be in writing;\n(2) Shall be subject to all administrative regulations and conditions as may from time to\ntime be prescribed by the corporation;\n(3) Shall contain conditions as may be considered necessary or desirable by the\ncorporation for purposes of this chapter; and\n(4) No license shall extend beyond the end of the calendar year for which it was issued,\nunless the license expires on the last date of the birth month of the licensee, in\nwhich case it may expire on that date.
