{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-230.362","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 230.362","heading":"Report of unclaimed pari-mutuel winning tickets presumed abandoned.","body":"Any person holding unclaimed pari -mutuel winning tickets presumed abandoned under\nthe provisions of KRS 230.361 shall file annually, on or before September 1 of each year,\nwith the office of the corporation a list of and the amounts represented by unclaimed pari-\nmutuel tickets held by such person as of July 1, and other information as the corporation\nmay require for the administration of KRS 230.361 to 230.373. The report shall be  made\nin duplicate; the original shall be retained by the corporation and the copy shall be mailed\nto the sheriff of the county where the unclaimed pari -mutuel tickets are held. It shall be\nthe duty of the sheriff to post for not less than twenty (20) cons ecutive days a copy of the\nreport on the courthouse door or the courthouse bulletin board, and to publish the copy in\nthe manner set forth by KRS Chapter 424. The cost of the publication shall be paid by the\ncorporation. The sheriff shall immediately certi fy in writing to the corporation the dates\nwhen the list was posted and published.
