(Effective upon","body":"contingency)\n(1) Each proposed compact rule under consideration for adoption in Kentucky shall be\nforwarded to the Administrative Regulation Review Subcommittee (\"ARRS\") and\nthe subcommittee or standing committee of appropriate jurisdiction over the subject\nmatter of the proposed compact rule (\"subject matter committee\") by the Kentucky\ncompact commissioner for review when a rule is initially proposed and, if a rule is\nsubstantially modified during the compact commission rule -making process, when\nthe rule is modified.\n(2) Each proposed compact rule adopted by the compact commission and upon which\nthe Kentucky compact commissioner has voted in favor shall be forwarded to the\nARRS and the subject matter committee simultaneously by the Kentucky compact\ncommissioner for review within sixty (60) days after adoption.\n(3) Upon receipt of a proposed, modified, or adopted compact rule, the ARRS and\nsubject matter committee shall review the rule and may forward their respective\nfindings to the Kentucky compact commissioner in writ ing within ten (10) calendar\ndays.","path":["KRS Chapter 230"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=39821","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:46Z","sha256":"dac5bb79d104654c71d44718560750fbf47752a338c1cb61e362323251de37d5","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-230.3763","next":"us-ky/krs-230.377"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
