{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-231.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 231.110","heading":"Conduct prohibited on premises.","body":"No person who has been granted a permit shall allow:\n(1) Drunken, disorderly, or boisterous persons, or persons of lewd or lascivious\nreputation to congregate in or about the premises;\n(2) People to congregate there for immoral or unlawful purposes or to  permit any man\nor woman who are not married to each other to occupy any cabin, cottage, or\nsecreted room or place from which the view of the public is excluded;\n(3) The premises to be used as a place of assemblage or entertainment at later hours\nthan tho se which are stated in the permit or recorded on the order book of the\ncounty judge/executive;\n(4) Engaging in fortune -telling at any location except that specifically stated in his\npermit;\n(5) Engaging in fortune-telling without first posting in a consp icuous place, both inside\nand outside the premises at which he is authorized to engage in fortune -telling, and\nwithout first filing with the county clerk of the county in which the premises are\nlocated, a schedule showing in detail the fees charged for rea dings, predictions, and\nservices of any nature.","path":["KRS Chapter 231"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=10948","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:48Z","sha256":"a13a61bec47a6d6158c7e2e44930cb890daf8d94a33e70c7319effbf1940dc0c","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-231.100","next":"us-ky/krs-231.120"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
