{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-231.990","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 231.990","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) Any person who violates KRS 231.020 shall be fined not more than two hundred\ndollars ($200) or confined in the county jail not more than ninety (90) days, or both.\nEach day that a place of entertainment is operated without a permit shall be a\nseparate offense.\n(2) Except as provided in subsection (1), any owner or manager of a place of\nentertainment who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not\nmore than three hundred dollars ($300) or confined in the county jail not more than\nninety (90) days, or both.\n(3) Any person who violates the provisions of KRS 231.180 shall be fined not less than\none hundred dollars ($100) per violation.
