{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-233.050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 233.050","heading":"Temporary injunction granted if house of prostitution shown to exist.","body":"Upon the presentation of a petition alleging that a house of prostitution exists, the court\nmay grant a temporary injunction without bond, if the existence of the house of\nprostitution is made to appear to the satisfaction of the court by evidence in the f orm of\naffidavit, depositions, oral testimony or otherwise, as the relator may elect.
