{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-233.120","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 233.120","heading":"Release of premises when cost paid and bond filed -- Termination of","body":"action.\nIf the owner, agent or lessee of premises against which an injunction has been issued,\nappears in court, pays all costs of the proceeding and files a bond, with surety approved\nby the clerk and qualified as required by KRS 454.185, in the full value of the premises as\nascertained by the court, conditioned that he will immediately abate the house of\nprostitution and prevent it from being established or kept within a period of one (1) year,\nthe court may, if satisfied of his good faith, order the premises re leased to the owner,\nagent or lessee and the order of abatement canceled so far as it relates to the premises. If\nthe bond is given and costs are paid before judgment and the order of abatement, the\naction shall be terminated as to those premises.
