{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-234.140","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 234.140","heading":"Regulations.","body":"(1) The commissioner, after a public hearing thereon, shall make, promulgate, and\nenforce regulations setting forth minimum general standards covering the design,\nconstruction, location, installation, and operation of equipment for storing,\nhandling, transporting by tank truck, tank trailer, and utilizing liquefied petroleum\ngases, and specifying the odorization of said gases and the degree thereof. Said\nregulations shall be such as are reasonably necessary for the protection of the health,\nwelfare and safety o f the public and persons using such materials, and shall be in\nsubstantial conformity with the generally accepted standards of safety concerning\nthe same subject matter.
