{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-234.990","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 234.990","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) Any person who violates any of the provisions of KRS 234.100 to 234.160 shall be\nguilty of a violation.\n(2) Any person who violates any regulation promulgated under provisions of KRS\n234.100 to 234.160 and after having been given notice to cease and desist , unless\nsaid violation is corrected within ten (10) days, shall be guilty of a violation.\n(3) When any person violates any provision of KRS 234.100 to 234.180 or regulations,\nwhich violation constitutes a public danger, an immediate notice to cease and de sist\nmay be issued, and failure to comply with notice shall be guilty of a violation.\n(4) Any person violating the provisions of KRS 234.200 to 234.260 shall be guilty of a\nClass B misdemeanor.\n(5) Any firm or corporation violating the provisions of KRS 23 4.200 to 234.260 shall\nbe guilty of a violation.\n(6) Any person violating any provision of KRS 234.430 shall be guilty of a Class A\nmisdemeanor. Upon conviction of a second offense, he shall be guilty of a Class D\nfelony.\n(7) Any person violating any provi sion of KRS 234.190 shall be guilty of a Class B\nmisdemeanor.
