{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-235.030","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 235.030","heading":"Title and administration of chapter.","body":"This chapter shall be known as the State Boating Act and shall be administered by\nthe Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources, which is administratively attached to\nthe Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet only for those limited functions and purposes\nexpressly requested by the department to be performed by the Tourism, Arts and\nHeritage Cabinet. The department shall have sole discretion as to which functions\nshall be deemed  necessary for the efficient operation of the department and the\nproperties in its custody and  control.
