In addition, the Transportation Cabinet shall provide appropriate forms and\ninformation to permit renewal of motorboat registration to be complet ed by mail. Any\nregistration renewal by mail shall require payment of an additional two dollars ($2) fee\nwhich shall be received by the county clerk.
