{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-235.085","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 235.085","heading":"Fee to county clerk and Transportation Cabinet for issuing title and","body":"registration.\n(1) The county clerk shall be entitled to the same fee for the performance of the duties\nrequired in the issuance of certificates of title and registration for motorboa ts as is\napplicable to the issuance of certificates of title and registration of motor vehicles as\nprovided by KRS 186.040(1), 186.180, 186A.130, and 186A.245.\n(2) The Transportation Cabinet shall be entitled to the same fee for the performance of\nduties r equired in the issuance of certificates of title or duplicate titles for\nmotorboats as is applicable to the issuance of certificates of title of motor vehicles\nas provided in KRS 186A.130 and 186A.245. The Transportation Cabinet shall\nreceive a two dollar ($2) fee when a motorboat owner is issued a replacement\nlicense decal for the operation of a motorboat.
