{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-235.120","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 235.120","heading":"Boat that is already numbered.","body":"The owner of any motorboat already covered by a number in full force and effect which\nhas been awarded to it by the then operative federal law or a federally approved number\nsystem of another state shall record the number prior to operating the motorboat o n the\nwaters of this state in excess of the sixty (60) day reciprocity period provided for in KRS\n235.210, the fee for such recordation being the same as for an original registration as\nprovided for in KRS 235.080.
