{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-236.030","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 236.030","heading":"Administrative regulations.","body":"(1) After reasonable notice and opportunity to be heard in accordance with KRS\nChapter 13A, the commissioner, upon advisement and subject to comment  by\nthe  committee under  the requirements of KRS  198B.030(8) shall, by\nadministrative regulation, fix reasonable standards for the safe construction,\ninstallation, inspection, and repair of boilers, pressure vessels, and associated\npressure piping in this state. Administrative regulations shall be enforced by the\nDepartment of Housing, Buildings and Construction, Division of Plumbing.\n(2) The  department may adopt any other administrative regulation necessary to\nadminister this chapter if the regulation has been subject to review and\ncomment  by the committee under the requirements of KRS 198B.030(8).","path":["KRS Chapter 236"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46984","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:49Z","sha256":"ea2e380a3a889fa92bc46c2d9c9c3fe889bdfeb58ccba43bd23db75e95fc2bb6","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-236.020","next":"us-ky/krs-236.040"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
