{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-236.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 236.130","heading":"Inspection fees -- Administrative regulations -- Fund.","body":"(1) The owner or user of a boiler or pressure vessel required by this chapter to be\ninspected shall pay to the department, upon completion of inspection, reasonable\nfees not to exceed the cost of inspection as established by the commissioner in an\nadministrative regulation promulgated in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A.\n(2) All other inspections, including shop inspections and inspection of secondhand or\nused boilers made by the boiler inspector shall be charged for at the rate set by\nadministrative regulation promulgated by the commissioner in accordance with\nKRS Chapter 13A.\n(3) All fees received by the department shall be held in a trust and agency fund from\nwhich the expenses of administering this chapter and other department\nresponsibilities may be paid, an d no portion of the fund shall lapse into the general\nfund at the end of each fiscal year.","path":["KRS Chapter 236"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46989","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:50Z","sha256":"d331f033fa9fc592111b0d9074e879ecef51c149efa88b451b481ab843ed1273","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-236.120","next":"us-ky/krs-236.140"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
