{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-241.065","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 241.065","heading":"Limitation on number of quota retail package licenses in counties","body":"containing cities of first class.\n(1) The number of quota retail package licenses issued by the Alcoholic Beverage\nControl Board to licensees in counties containing cities of t he first class, and\nincluding such cities, shall not exceed a number equal to one (1) for every one\nthousand five hundred (1,500) persons resident in such county.\n(2) In order that a fixed and approved standard of population as prescribed in\nsubsection (1) of this section may be adopted, the annual estimates of population as\ndetermined by the Kentucky State Data Center at the University of Louisville shall\nbe used in every year except a census year, and during a census year the United\nStates government census figures of population shall be controlling.","path":["KRS Chapter 241"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=47274","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:51Z","sha256":"d3e1e23834789a8ebc86ea2317525450c0e2c79b395ea35ddd4b4f3d57a1c1e9","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-241.060","next":"us-ky/krs-241.066"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
