{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-241.150","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 241.150","heading":"Appeals from decision or order of county administrator to board.","body":"Appeals from a decision or order of a county administrator may  be taken to the\nboard by filing a notice of appeal with the board within thirty (30) days after the\ndecision or order of the county administrator is mailed or delivered by personal\nservice. The notice of appeal shall specify the county administrator by name  and\nshall identify the decision or order, or part of the decision or order, being appealed.\nThe  notice shall contain a certificate that a copy of the notice has been served on\nthe county administrator and shall be accompanied by a copy of the decision or\norder being appealed. Matters at issue shall be heard by the board as upon an\noriginal proceeding.
