{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-241.160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 241.160","heading":"Wet  or moist  cities with population of 3,000 or more  and","body":"consolidated local governments  required to have city administrators --\nCity administrators permitted in smaller cities.\n(1) The  legislative body of any wet or moist city with a population equal to or\ngreater than three thousand (3,000) or a consolidated local government shall\nby ordinance create the office of city alcoholic beverage control administrator,\nor shall assign the duties of this office to a presently established city office.\n(2) Except as provided in subsection (3) of this section, the legislative body of any\nwet or moist city with a population of less than three thousand (3,000) may, by\nordinance, create the office of city alcoholic beverage control administrator or\nshall assign the duties of the office to a presently established office.\n(3) If located in a county containing a consolidated local government, cities with a\npopulation of less than three thousand (3,000) shall not create the office of city\nalcoholic beverage control administrator.
