{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-242.126","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 242.126","heading":"Effect on local option status of a county if urban -county government","body":"adopted.\n(1) The adoption of urban -county government by a county when the local option status\nof the county is different from any of the cities contained therein shall not affect t he\nlocal option status of the county or any of the cities contained therein. The territorial\nboundaries in the county shall survive the adoption of urban -county government for\npurposes of an election pursuant to KRS 242.125.
