{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-242.310","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 242.310","heading":"Renting of property, or hiring vehicle for transportation is nuisance --","body":"Forfeiture.\n(1) Any person knowingly or intentionally renting or permitting the use of, or using,\nany premises, or part thereof, or any vehicle for the purpose of unlawfully selling or\ntransporting or possessing intoxicating liquors in dry territory, shall be guilty of a\nnuisance and of a violation of this chapter.\n(2) Any property so used shall be forfeited to the state.
