{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-242.410","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 242.410","heading":"Bond for good behavior upon conviction.","body":"(1) On a first or second conviction for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter,\nthe court shall require the defendant, in addition to the penalty provided by\nsubsection (1) of KRS 242.990, to execute bond of not less than five hundred\n($500) nor mo re than one thousand dollars ($1,000) to be of good behavior for\ntwelve (12) months and not violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
