{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-243.025","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 243.025","heading":"Fees to be used for administration and enforcement of alcoholic beverage","body":"laws.\n(1) All of the fees paid into the State Treasury for state licenses shall be credited to a\nrevolving trust and agency account, as provided in KRS 45.253, for the Depar tment\nof Alcoholic Beverage Control.\n(2) All fees associated with the department's server training program shall be collected\non a cost recovery basis and shall be credited to the revolving trust and agency\naccount established under subsection (1) of this section.\n(3) These moneys shall be used solely for the administration and enforcement of KRS\nChapters 241 to 244.
