{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-243.039","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 243.039","heading":"Business authorized by limited golf course license within wet territory,","body":"where the sale of alcoholic beverages is lawful, or certain moist precincts --\nPackage sales prohibited.\n(1) A limited golf course license may be issued to an establishmen t that is a nine (9) or\nan eighteen (18) hole golf course that meets United States Golf Association criteria\nas a regulation golf course as long as the establishment is within:\n(a) Any wet territory;\n(b) Any territory where the sale of alcoholic beverages is lawful; or\n(c) Any moist precinct that has specifically authorized the sale of distilled spirits,\nwine, and malt beverages at that establishment under KRS 242.123.\n(2) A limited golf course license shall authorize the licensee to purchase, receive,\npossess, and sell distilled spirits, wine, and malt beverages at retail by the drink for\nconsumption on the licensed premises. The licensee shall purchase distilled spirits,\nwine, and malt beverages only from licensed wholesalers or distributors.
