{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-243.086","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 243.086","heading":"Nonquota type 3 or NQ3 retail drink license -- Issuance to private club,","body":"dining car, or bed and breakfast -- Varying restrictions and authorizations for\neligible entities.\n(1) A \"Nonquota type 3\" or \"NQ3\" retail drink license may be issued to an applicant\noperating as, or in:\n(a) A private club;\n(b) A dining car; or\n(c) A bed and breakfast.\n(2) The holder of an NQ3 retail drink license may purchase, receive, possess, and sell\nalcoholic beverages at retail by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises.\nThe licensee shall purchase alcoholic beverages only from licensed wholesalers or\ndistributors.
