{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-243.115","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 243.115","heading":"Removal of partially consumed bottle of wine from restaurant licensed","body":"under KRS 243.030.\n(1) A restaurant licensed under KRS 243.030 may permit a patron of the restaurant to\nremove one (1) opened container of wine from the restaurant's premises for\nconsumption off the premises if the patron has purchased and partially consumed\nthe bottle of wine with a meal on the restaurant's premises.\n(2) A partially consumed bottle of wine that is removed from the premises shall be\nsecurely resealed by the restauran t licensee or its employee before the bottle is\nremoved from the premises.
