{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-243.154","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 243.154","heading":"Business authorized by small farm winery wholesaler's license -- Licensed","body":"premises on small farm winery.\n(1) A small farm winery wholesaler's license shall authorize the licensee:\n(a) To purchase, receive, store, or possess wine produced by small fa rm winery\nlicensees;\n(b) To sell the wine at wholesale from the licensed premises only; and\n(c) To transport from the licensed premises for himself or herself only any wine\nproduced by small farm winery licensees that the small farm winery\nwholesaler's license authorizes him or her to sell.\n(2) A small farm winery wholesaler licensed under this section shall:\n(a) Transport the wine in the manner provided for manufacturers in KRS\n243.120; and\n(b) Transport the wine from a small farm winery's licensed premise s or another\nwholesaler's premises to the small farm winery wholesaler's premises.\n(3) A small farm winery wholesaler licensed under this section shall not purchase,\nreceive, store, possess, sell, or transport wine or distilled spirits, except as provided\nin this section, and shall comply with all provisions of the Kentucky Revised\nStatutes applicable to wholesalers licensed under KRS 243.030, to the extent the\nprovisions are not inconsistent with this section.\n(4) A small farm winery wholesaler licensed under this section shall be allowed to have\nits licensed premises on or in the licensed premises of a small farm winery.","path":["KRS Chapter 243"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=42496","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:53Z","sha256":"e50aaa208c417bf26a05d1e5ba988fe9efc0d377e49176417085a2b6561f78c2","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-243.150","next":"us-ky/krs-243.155"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
