{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-243.160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 243.160","heading":"Business authorized by wholesaler's license.","body":"(1) A licensed wholesaler may purchase, receive, store, or possess distilled spirits\nand wine to sell at wholesale, from the licensed premises only, and to transport\nto  and  from the licensed premises only alcoholic beverages  that the\nwholesaler's license authorizes the licensee to sell. The  wholesaler may\ntransport:\n(a) Beverages  in the manner provided for manufacturers in KRS  243.120;\nand\n(b) Distilled spirits and wine from a manufacturer's warehouse  or from\nanother licensed wholesaler's premises to the licensed wholesaler\npremises.\n(2) The holder of a wholesaler's license may sell and transport its products to the\nholder of a special nonbeverage alcohol license.","path":["KRS Chapter 243"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=45953","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:53Z","sha256":"c048b5573aeb47376441cdc8a5224d3c21b2810ab6fd74709c71f014f0275652","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-243.157","next":"us-ky/krs-243.170"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
