{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-243.185","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 243.185","heading":"Sale of alcoholic beverages and malt beverages at marinas -- Qualification","body":"for local option election under KRS 242.122.\n(1) To qualify for a local option election under KRS 242.122, a marina shall:\n(a) Operate on any body of water;\n(b) Own, operate, or manage at least fifteen (15) boat slips;\n(c) Buy and sell gasoline and petroleum products for the operation of boats; and\n(d) 1. Sell staple groceries;\n2. Operate a restaurant on its premises; or\n3.
